To comply with the State Bank of Vietnam's regulations in Circular No. 48/2018/TT-NHNN on Savings Deposits (TT 48/2018/TT-NHNN) and Circular No. 49/2018/TT-NHNN on Time Deposits (TT 49/2018/TT-NHNN), Techcombank would like to announce as follows:

 

According to the regulations of the State Bank, foreigners are not eligible to participate in savings deposit products. Therefore, foreign customers who have participated in our various Savings Deposit products before Jul 05th 2019, namely Phat Loc Savings, Normal savings, Truong Loc Deposits, and Dac Loc deposits will have to go to Techcombank to carry out prescribed adjustment/settlement procedures before Jan 31st , 2024.

 

In case the customers do not come to Techcombank to carry out relevant procedures, Techcombank will proactively carry out procedures in accordance with the provisions of the law and the State Bank of Vietnam for customers' savings deposits starting from Feb 1st, 2024. Please check your email, SMS, notice letters sent to your registered address for more detailed information.
