Graduated from Electronics Engineering in Russia, Mr. Ho Hung Anh joined the executive management of the Bank in 2004 and has held various positions in the Board of Directors. He has been the Chairman of Techcombank BOD since May 2008.

Mr. Saurabh Narayan Agarwal has been appointed as Techcombank’s BOD member since April 2019. He worked for many years in finance, financial investment; and held such executive positions as: Director of McKinsey Company, New Delhi, India and New Jersey, the United States; Director of Warburg Pincus, New York, the United States and Singapore.

Mr. Eugene Keith Gilbraith

Mr Eugene Keith Gilbraith has spent 17 years with Bank Central Asia (BCA), one of Indonesia’s leading banks, where he served as President Commissioner and then Deputy CEO. Prior to that he was an advisor to the Indonesian Ministry of Finance and CEO of ABN AMRO Asia.

Given the similarities between Techcombank and BCA in terms of business model, affluent customer focus, CASA leadership as well as digital innovation, Mr. Eugene is expected to help Techcombank further strengthen its corporate governance and accelerate its digital transformation to become a leader in the region.

Lawyer Pham Nghiem Xuan Bac has 35 years of legal advisory and business experience, with strengths in the fields of foreign direct investment, corporate governance and restructuring, business strategy and analysis, capital markets and private equity. Prior to Techcombank, he served 19 years as a member of the Board of Directors of Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation (HSC) and held the position of Head of the HSC’s Supervisory Board from April 2021-2024.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. Jens Lottner

Dr. Lottner was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Techcombank on August 18, 2020.

 

Before joining Techcombank, Dr. Lottner was Senior Executive Vice President at Siam Commercial Bank for 5 years. During his tenure, he held roles as Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Transformation Officer and Chief Data Officer, designing and orchestrating the bank’s digital transformation program towards more customer centricity. His last role at Siam Commercial Bank was Chief Financial Officer.

 

Dr. Lottner began his career with McKinsey & Company in 1992 in Germany, where he was elected Partner in 2000. He moved to Malaysia in 2001 and to Singapore in 2005, where he was a Senior Partner leading McKinsey’s financial services practice in ASEAN until 2012. He simultaneously led its Asia Pacific Risk Management Practice and was a member of the Asia Pacific Management Committee. From 2012 to 2015, Dr. Lottner was Senior Partner and Managing Director of the Boston Consulting Group in Singapore, heading its financial services practice across ASEAN.

 

Dr. Lottner holds a Doctorate in Economics from the Dresden University of Technology, Germany, and attained a Diploma in Economics from the University of Bonn, Germany.

Mr. Phung Quang Hung

Mr. Phung Quang Hung has a master’s degree in international business from Washington State University (USA) and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Hanoi University of Science and Technology (Vietnam). In addition to his experience at Techcombank, he has many years of management experience, worked at international banks, including previous positions, such as: Head of IT and Operations at ABN AMRO Vietnam and Business Partner at the National Australia Bank, London. Mr. Phung Quang Hung joined Techcombank in September 2010 as Head of the Operations and Technology Division before being appointed Managing Director and Head of the Customer Service and Financial Advisory Division (CSA) on January 13, 2020.

Mr. Phan Thanh Son

Mr. Pham Quang Thang is currently Deputy CEO cum Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan

Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan has a Master’s degree in Business Management in University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland and a bachelor’s degree from Bankinh Academy of Vietnam. He was appointed to Chief Retail Banking Group Officer in January, 2024.

With rich experience in the fields of banking services for individual and corporate customers, Mr. Tuan will continue to promote the journey of making Techcombank become the leading Retail Bank in Vietnam.

He has joined Techcombank since 2006 and held various executive positions: Regional Director; Deputy Head of Business Banking Division; Head of Customer and Service Advisory Division; Omni-Channel Director; Deputy Chief Retail Banking Group Officer before taking on the current post.

Mrs. Nguyen Thu Lan

Mrs. Nguyen Thu Lan has a bachelor’s degree in Banking Industry from National University of Economics. She was appointed to Chief Risk Officer in December, 2023.

Ms. Lan joined Techcombank in 2001, and has made outstanding contributions to the Bank's success in many executive positions such as Head of Risk Governance; Chief Credit Officer; Deputy Chief Risk Officer. With long-term experience in many fields such as corporate banking, retail banking and risk management, Mrs. Lan will continue to build platforms and capabilities to ensure the maintenance of Techcombank's position as one of the most effective risk management banks.

Mr. Alexandre Macaire

Mr. Alexandre Macaire holds a degree in Actuarial Finance from France’s National School of Statistics and Economic Administration. He also gained degrees in Mathematics, Physics and Political Affairs from Ecole Polytechnique and Institute of Political Studies.

 

Mr. Macaire joins Techcombank from HSBC, where he worked for 15 years in senior leadership roles across Investment Banking, Capital Management and Finance. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer for Wealth and Personal Banking Asia Pacific, which is one of HSBC’s top-priority business divisions. In this role, he helped scale up manufacturing and distribution capabilities across the region and expand into new products and channels, contributing to HSBC’s #1 Wealth Manager ambition in Asia Pacific.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Minh

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Minh was appointed Head of Investment Banking Division – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Techcom Securities Company Limited in October 2013. He has more than 20 years of experience in fund management and investment banking, including in previous positions such as CEO of Vietnam Asset Management Ltd. (VAM) and Senior Vice President of Franklin Templeton Investments under Mark Mobius in Singapore.

 

He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Finance & Investment from Securities Institute of Australia (FINSIA), and an M.S. in Science, Oil & Gas – Mechanical Engineering from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (Russia). He is a CFA Charterholder.

Mr. Chu Hong Ngoc

Mr. Ngoc graduated with Honors degree with distinction, Bachelor of Telecommunication Engineering from University of South Australia and has had many years of experience in the field of banking industry and project management. He used to lead, manage and ensure that the bank has appropriate operational control, administrative procedures and reporting to effectively develop the organization and ensure service quality and operational efficiency. He has held many positions such as Technical Supervisor Engineer at Oconnor's Singapore Representative Office, Project Director-cum-Technical Director at Millicom Company, Project Manager at VP Bank of Board of Directors Office.

 

Most recently, as the COO at VP Bank, he has implemented several huge bank-wide projects that has helped reduce time to serve the clients, contributed to CIR decrease, digitalized and automated many operational processes with outstanding performance recognized by Business units.

Mr. Prasenjit Chakravarti

Mr. Chakravarti joins Techcombank with over 20 years of experience from Accenture, McKinsey, and Standard Chartered Bank. At Standard Chartered Bank, he held various executive global management positions leading Personal Banking, Client Value Management, Priority Banking, Client Value Proposition, and also focused as Group Head of Strategy for Consumer, Wealth Management and Commercial Banking on defining strategy and executing organizational transformation. Most recently in his role at Accenture as Asean Head of Banking  and Sustainable Finance Practice, he led the engagement of ASEAN banking clients to drive enterprise level digital transformation initiatives.

 

Mr. PC received his Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and his MBA degree focused on General Management and Strategy from Harvard Business School. In his new role, Mr. PC will have responsibility for all aspects of the Strategy division as well as the Transformation Office. We believe with his extensive experience, expertise and the spirit of “Be Greater”, Mr. PC will be an important addition to the Leadership Team and Techcombank, contributing to the delivery of our business objectives and strategic goals.

Mr. Santhosh Mahendiran

Mr. Santhosh has more than 20 years of global experience with specific focus on data and digital.  He joins Techcombank with leadership experience in the areas of Data technology, Governance, Analytics and Monetization. Till recently, he was working for Standard Chartered Bank, Singapore, as Managing Director & Global Head, Digital Foundation Technology. In his previous roles at Standard Chartered Bank, he was the Global Head of Analytics Enablement and Global Head of Enterprise Data Management, where was responsible for strategy, design, development and delivery of EDM (Enterprise Data Management) platform for the whole bank. Prior to Standard Chartered, he held various senior leadership roles at Citibank, Singapore. He used to be the Vice President responsible for delivery, implementation and support of data warehouses in EMEA region spanning 15 countries.

In his last role at Citibank, he was the Head of the development team that pioneered the world’s first touch screen paperless on-boarding systems at Citibank, Japan. Mr. Santhosh holds double master degrees in Computer Applications and in Software Engineering.

Mr. Pranav Seth

Mr. Pranav has over 18 years of experience as a transformational leader and corporate entrepreneur with a proven track record of building businesses and championing & executing large scale business & organizational transformations.  He joins Techcombank with an enthusiastic energy for change, a passion to build motivated teams, and a collaborative leadership style he had honed over his many years working in technology, consulting, and banking industry throughout the world, spanning in regions such as South East Asia, Middle East, North America & India.

 

Recently, Mr. Pranav worked for OCBC Bank, Singapore, as Senior Vice President & Head of Digital & Innovation.  In this role, he was responsible for OCBC’s challenger bank, “FRANK by OCBC”, led OCBC group’s innovation arm, “The Open Vault” driving fintech and ecosystem partnerships and led the Digital Business and Transformation units for OCBC’s consumer bank.  He had a critical role in the consumer bank’s leadership team and an anchor member of the OCBC group’s Digital Transformation Council.  Prior to OCBC Bank, he was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company where he helped banks and financial services firms build strategies and large scale transformation.

 

Mr. Pranav holds a Master in Business Administration from The UCLA Anderson School of Management (Los Angeles), an engineering degree from Delhi University and has completed an Executive Program in Strategy & Organization from Stanford University Graduate School of Business (Stanford).

Ms. Thai Minh Diem Tu

Ms. Thai Minh Diem Tu is a seasoned marketing and general business lead with more than 20 years of experience in consumer marketing and general business management across various disciplines and leading multinational Fast Moving Consumer Good companies in Vietnam.

Prior to joining Techcombank, she held various senior executive positions,  including 10 year experiences of working with FrieslandCampina and reaching the position of Vietnam Director, Specialised Nutrition and Global Specialised Nutrition Business Group Management team. Under her leadership, Friso business has achieved solid successes, sustainable profitable growth and transformational milestones in strengthening brand health, becoming number one brand in premium Infant Milk Powder. Before that, Ms. Tu Thai had worked for Unilever 8 years, her last assignment was the Business Unit Director for Unilever Vietnam across categories.

Ms. Tu Thai has an MBA from University of California Irvine (UCI) and a Business Management graduate degree in HCMC University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology.

Mr. Eugene Keith Gilbraith

Mr Eugene Keith Gilbraith has spent 17 years with Bank Central Asia (BCA), one of Indonesia’s leading banks, where he served as President Commissioner and then Deputy CEO. Prior to that he was an advisor to the Indonesian Ministry of Finance and CEO of ABN AMRO Asia.

Given the similarities between Techcombank and BCA in terms of business model, affluent customer focus, CASA leadership as well as digital innovation, Mr. Eugene is expected to help Techcombank further strengthen its corporate governance and accelerate its digital transformation to become a leader in the region.

Mr. Jens Lottner

Dr. Lottner was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Techcombank on August 18, 2020.

Before joining Techcombank, Dr. Lottner was Senior Executive Vice President at Siam Commercial Bank for 5 years. During his tenure, he held roles as Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Transformation Officer and Chief Data Officer, designing and orchestrating the bank’s digital transformation program towards more customer centricity. His last role at Siam Commercial Bank was Chief Financial Officer.

Dr. Lottner began his career with McKinsey & Company in 1992 in Germany, where he was elected Partner in 2000. He moved to Malaysia in 2001 and to Singapore in 2005, where he was a Senior Partner leading McKinsey’s financial services practice in ASEAN until 2012. He simultaneously led its Asia Pacific Risk Management Practice and was a member of the Asia Pacific Management Committee. From 2012 to 2015, Dr. Lottner was Senior Partner and Managing Director of the Boston Consulting Group in Singapore, heading its financial services practice across ASEAN.

Dr. Lottner holds a Doctorate in Economics from the Dresden University of Technology, Germany, and attained a Diploma in Economics from the University of Bonn, Germany.

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Minh

Mr. Nguyen Tuan Minh joined Techcombank in May 2013 and has held many different management positions in Techcombank such as Head of Legal, Head of Compliance at Operational Risk and Legal Division, and Head of Legal Counsel at Corporate Assurance Division. Prior to that, he spent over 20 years in legal consulting – as a practicing lawyer, an in-house general counsel and management positions in a private law firm, the Vietnam branch of an international law firm, and a commercial bank and securities company. Mr. Nguyen Tuan Minh was appointed Head of BOD Office cum Corporate Secretary in November 2019.

 

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam, and a Bachelor of Law from Hanoi Law University. He is a practicing lawyer and member of the Hanoi Bar Association.
