What are the conditions to join Techcombank Inspire?

Inspire has 2 membership tiers: Inspire Pro Member, and Inspire Max Member, each with different requirements.

Inspire Pro Member

Inspire Max Member

Customers must meet one of the following conditions:

 

1. The customer has an average total asset value over the last 3 months of VND 100 million to less than VND 200 million, including current accounts, deposits (savings, term deposits, certificate of deposits), bonds, and fund certificates at Techcom Securities.​

 

2. The number of active transactions on the current account, debit card, and credit card in the last 30 days reaches 40 or more transactions, and the current account has an average balance of at least VND 30 million over the last 3 months.​

 

3. Total new deposits made in a single day must be VND 100 million or more, including savings, term deposits with a minimum of 3 months, and certificates of deposit (excluding certificates of deposit included in the Auto Earning Balance)

Customers must meet one of the following conditions:

1. Average total assets in the last 3 months of VND 200 million or more, including current accounts, deposits (savings deposits, term deposits, certificates of deposit), bonds and fund certificates at Techcom Securities.​

 

2. Total value of financial relationships in the last 3 months of VND 250 million or more (*).​

(*) Total value of financial relationships is calculated by summing the average asset value in the last 3 months (assets here include term deposits, savings in current accounts, Bao Loc certificates of deposit, bonds and fund certificates) and the total outstanding real estate and automobile credit., the total secured credit balance with a term of 12 months or more (excluding loans secured by valuable papers, bond-pledged loans, and secured overdrafts).

 

3. Total new deposits made in a single day must be VND 200 million or more, including savings, term deposits with a minimum of 3 months, and certificates of deposit (excluding certificates of deposit included in the Auto Earning Balance).​ Simultaneously, there must be a Bill Payment or Auto Bill Payment transaction within the last 3 months.

 

4. The average balance of the current account (CASA) and the Auto Earning Balance over the past 3 months must be VND 120 million or more.​

 

5. Individual customers must have credit card spending of VND 10 million or more and 20 or more active transactions each month for 3 consecutive months. (The verification date is the 20th of each following month).​

The system will calculate membership eligibility daily and notify customers if there is a change in membership tier.

What benefits do I receive when joining Techcombank Inspire compared to regular customers?

When joining Techcombank Inspire, customers enjoy more exclusive benefits, including:

  • Exclusive U-Point reward points up to 25% on card spending, up to a maximum of 1,300,000 U-Points/month.
  • An additional 1%/year interest rate on new deposits from VND 20 million, with terms of 3, 6, or 12 months during Inspire week.
  • 1% discount on unsecured consumer loan interest rates when registering on Inspire Day
  • Up to 20% discount on credit card installment conversion fees when registering on Inspire Day

How do I know which tier I am in?

Customers can log in to Techcombank Mobile --> select Membership Information --> the screen will display membership status (including Inspire/Priority/Private tier and detailed tier information) and corresponding benefits.

If I become an Inspire Max member through the Family Banking program but do not meet the individual conditions, what benefits do I receive?

You will still receive the full benefits of an Inspire Max Member.

If I qualify for a higher membership tier, how soon will I be upgraded?

Techcombank automatically identifies eligible customers daily. Membership tier and benefits will be updated on the next business day.

How does the cashback percentage mechanism work?

Customers will receive cashback as reward points through Techcombank Rewards immediately after TCB confirms that the transaction meets the program’s conditions.

If I change my membership tier during the month, how will the cashback percentage be calculated?

The cashback percentage will be calculated according to the membership tier at the time the transaction occurs. The maximum reward points will not exceed the limit applicable to the highest tier achieved during the month.

If I am an Inspire member and make payment using a Techcombank Everyday or Techcombank Spark card, will I still earn points under the card’s features?

Customers will earn reward points from both the Inspire Membership program and the card’s point system if the transaction meets the conditions of both programs.

If I am an Inspire member, will I get a credit card annual fee waiver?

Inspire Max members are entitled to a lifetime annual fee waiver for their primary credit cards (except for Signature and Infinite cards).

Inspire and Inspire Pro members will receive a first-year annual fee refund and will enjoy annual fee waivers for subsequent years if they meet the card’s spending requirements.

Will Techcombank Inspire offer any additional benefits in the future? How can I stay updated on these offers?

Promotional programs will be added or adjusted from time to time and will be updated on Techcombank’s website. You may also receive updated information from our personal advisors team.

What do I need to do to join this program?

Customers who meet the eligibility criteria for Techcombank Inspire will automatically be enrolled without needing to register or submit any additional documents. Customers will receive a notification from Techcombank via email or the Techcombank mobile app.

Do I have to pay any additional fees to be a member?

Eligible customers do not have to pay any additional fees to enjoy the benefits of the Inspire membership program.

What happens if I no longer meet the Inspire conditions after 6 months? What should I do to continue enjoying the benefits?

After 6 months, if you no longer meet the conditions, you will still enjoy the benefits of the Inspire membership for an additional 6 months. If you still do not meet the requirements after this period, you will no longer receive Inspire membership benefits until you meet the conditions again. To continue enjoying the benefits, you need to meet the program’s requirements or pay a fee as regulated by Techcombank from time to time.

I believe I am qualified for the conditions for Techcombank Inspire but have not received any notification. What should I do?
