1.  Refund policy of issuance and first-year annual fee

 

Subjects

Customers who are primary and supplementary card holders of Visa & Mastercard credit cards and customer's credit cards must fully meet the conditions at section "Refund conditions"

 

Refund conditions

  • Customers issue a new card for the first time at Techcombank or Customers do not have a cancelled card within 180 days or Customers issue a card to replace the expired card.
  • Card is working at time of refunding
  • Card issue date is within the effective period of this policy
  • Within 30 days from the activated date of card on the system, meeting the following conditions for each type of card:

Customers who are primary card holders of Visa & Mastercard credit cards (not applicable to JCB Dream Card) and customer's credit cards must fully meet the conditions at section "Free conditions"

  • Credit card is active at time of waiving
  • The minimum value of spending in the previous 1 year is as specified in the table below:
