  • Phase 1: From 01:00AM to 01:35AM on September 07, 2025.
  • Phase 2: From 04:00AM to 04:30AM on September 07, 2025.


During this period, some services may be temporarily unavailable, including:

  • Automatic card activation, credit card installment enrollment, and registration or cancellation of automatic debit for credit cards via the Techcombank Mobile application.
  • Automatic card activation through the hotline of Techcombank Customer Service Center.

 

Please be assured that all other services will remain available as usual, including transactions at ATMs/CDMs, payments at Techcombank merchants, and online card payments.
