How many groups can I create?

You can only create or be a member of one family group at a time. 

This way, everyone will focus on building their own family, speeding up the process of conquering titles and higher privileges.

Who can join a family group?

Anyone who owns a Techcombank Payment Account can join the family group.

If the member you want to invite does not have an account, you can still send them an invitation with a QR code so that they can:

  • Download the Techcombank Mobile app
  • Register to open an account
  • Scan the QR code to request to join the group

How many members can a group have?

The current maximum number of family members per group is 4. Although still quite small for a large family, you can start now and wait for new changes in the next update of the Family Group feature.

Who should be the group creator?

The group creator (group leader) should be the member who holds or is the financial backbone of the whole family. With their leadership, Techcombank believes that the whole family will support and go further together.

How are the members related?

Directly related members include:

  • Biological parents
  • Parents of spouse
  • Wife/husband
  • Son/daughter

Is there a fee to create a group?

Family Group is a completely free feature that Techcombank offers to beloved families.

What is a “financial milestone”?

Financial milestones are the family group asset milestones that need to be achieved to unlock the corresponding title and privilege set. In other words, when the total family assets (including balances, savings and investments owned by members at Techcombank) are greater than or equal to the required milestone, the whole family will successfully unlock the new title.
