Customers have a Techcombank account and have installed Techcombank Mobile version 3.1.10 or higher.
Customers who do not have an assigned Relationship Manager or Senior Relationship Banking Officer.

Step 1: On the main screen of Techcombank Mobile, go to “Discover Products” and select “Spend”.

Step 2: Tap “MyCash Overdraft Account”, then on the product introduction screen, select “Chat with us”.

Step 3: Enter and submit your inquiry to receive a response within 5 minutes. On this screen, customers may also choose to make a direct call to the consultant.

Step 4: Review your consultation history within 60 days for easy reference.
