How to use

Step 1: On the main screen of Techcombank Mobile, go to “Discover products”

  • For Auto-Earning: Select “Auto-Earning” 

  • For MyCash overdraft loan: Select “Spend”, select “MyCash Overdraft Account”

Step 2: Select “Chat with Advisor” on the product main screen. (illustrated with MyCash Overdraft product)

Step 3: Enter and submit your inquiry to receive a quick response. On this screen, customers may also choose to make a direct call to the consultant, and will receive notification when there is a response.

Step 4: Review your consultation history within 60 days for easy reference.

Please enable notifications from Techcombank Mobile to receive timely updates when there is a new message from the consultant.

 

Note:

  • This feature is currently only available for customers who do not have an assigned Relationship Manager or Senior Relationship Banking Officer.
  • Update Techcombank Mobile to version 3.1.10 or higher to experience this feature.
  • The Chat with Advisor feature is only available during business hours.
