Customer is the primary and secondary holder of Visa & Mastercard (not applicable to JCB Dream Card) and customer's credit card must meet all conditions in the "Chargeback Conditions" section

  • Outstanding advantages
    • New cards are issued for the first time at Techcombank or new cards are issued after the old card has been cancelled for 180 days or more or the customer reissues the card due to expiration.
    • Card in active status at time of chargeback review
    • The card activation date is within the validity period of this policy
    • Within 30 days from the date the card is activated on the system, the conditions of each type of card are as follows:
