  • From 00:00 to 00:30: Services using biometric authentication in transactions, SMS notifications from Techcombank, opening payment accounts, TCBS investment accounts, services related to Bao Loc deposit certificates on Techcombank Mobile.
  • From 00:55 to 01:55: Services on Techcombank Mobile application and Techcombank Online Banking.
  • From 02:00 to 04:00: Customer service center hotline.

And information of transactions on December 20, 2024 will be displayed on Techcombank Business application at 3:30 PM on December 21, 2024.

 

December 22, 2024: A service may experience temporary interruptions during the period:

  • From 00:55 to 01:00: Cardless cash withdrawal services on Techcombank Mobile.
