During this period, certain services may be temporarily unavailable, including:

  • Automatic card activation on Techcombank Mobile and customer service hotline (including credit cards and debit cards)
  • Credit card installment enrollment, and registration or cancellation of automatic debit for credit cards via the Techcombank Mobile application.

 

Please try again after upgrade period and be assured that all other card services will remain available as usual, including: Transactions at ATMs/CDMs, payments at Techcombank merchants, and online card payments.
