Customers are free to choose 1 of 2 forms:

CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION
Are individual customers who have loans to buy real estate (excluding/except for loans to buy real estate directly with the Investor/Seller at affiliated projects without paying interest on behalf of the owner). investor and/or seller/transferor) at Techcombank and at the same time satisfy the following conditions:

  • The loan is newly disbursed from 30/06/2022 to the end of 31/12/2022. At the same time, the customer commits to maintain the minimum loan at the end of the time Fixed interest rate according to the option selected
