  • Customers who are the primary holders of Visa & Mastercard - Techcombank Spark credit cards (not applicable to JCB Dream Card) and customer credit cards must meet the conditions in the “Free conditions” section

  • Card is in active status at the time of free review
  • The total value of spending in the previous year shall meet the minimum requirements specified in the following table:
