How long will the Auto-Earning, Mega-Winning program last and what are the milestones to watch out for?

The Auto-Earning, Mega-Winning program takes place from April 21, 2025 to September 28, 2025.

 

Customers who complete the tasks will receive weekly spins to participate in the lucky spin every Friday and Saturday from May 2, 2025 to September 28, 2025.

Customers who have 10 weekly spins can participate in exchanging for a Profit cafe voucher from Wednesday to Sunday, from May 3, 2025 to September 28, 2025.

 

Customers who have a monthly gift box need to open it to get the entry code from Wednesday to Sunday of the first week of the following month, and use the entry code to spin the monthly prize. The monthly prize results will be announced no later than Friday of the second week of the following month.

 

Customers with a quarterly gift box need to open the prize code from Wednesday to Sunday of the first week of the following quarter, and use the prize code to spin the prize wheel. The results of the quarterly prize will be announced no later than Friday of the second week of the following quarter.

Why can't I find the program on Techcombank Mobile?

Customers need to update Techcombank Mobile to the latest version to participate in the program.

How to get weekly spins?

Customers receive weekly spins when they simultaneously satisfy:

  • Newly activated or are using Auto-Earning version 2.0; and
  • Have at least 05 valid active payment transactions
  • Have the average weekly balance of payment accounts increase by at least 10 million VND compared to the last week of March 2025 with Number of weekly spins = Average weekly balance increase / 10 million VND

 

In particular, double the spins for customers opening a payment account at Techcombank for the first time during the program

Note: Each customer receives a maximum of 10 weekly spins/week

What is a valid payment transaction?

Valid payment transactions include Valid Payment Transactions, and Valid Card Payment Transactions.

Valid payment transactions include:

  • Payment transactions via QRcode: Payment transactions made by scanning the VNPAY QR code and/or scanning the store QR code (QR Techcombank merchant) made via the Techcombank Mobile banking application, and;
  • Transfer transactions to other payment accounts via QRcode: Transfer transactions made by scanning the QR code on Techcombank Mobile, and;
  • Tpay payment transactions: Payment transactions in which the customer receives notification and authenticates the payment transaction on the Techcombank mobile banking application, and;
  • Bill payment transaction: Is a payment transaction on the “Bill and top-up” feature on the Techcombank Mobile application

 

Valid card payment transactions meet all of the following conditions:

Valid card transactions:

  • Are transactions for payment of goods and services made by credit cards or payment cards issued by Techcombank and;
  • Are successful transactions recorded in the Techcombank system (not included in the cases of transactions listed at the Invalid Card Transaction point of this Regulation and not transactions for payment of fees and interest of card services) and;
  • Are transactions whose transaction value has been confirmed (Debit transaction) in the Techcombank system and recorded as successful.

What is the average weekly balance?

The average weekly balance is calculated according to the formula:

Average weekly balance = Total end-of-day balance of the days in the week / 7

 

In which:

  • End-of-day balance is the balance of the payment account that the Techcombank system can record and process on working days. The end-of-day balance on holidays will be determined according to the end-of-day balance of the working day immediately preceding that holiday;
  • Weekdays as prescribed are calculated from Monday to Sunday;
  • Customers can refer to the End-of-day Balance on the Account Statement.
  • Payment accounts include regular payment accounts in VND (except for Specialized Accounts, Techcombank Staff Salary Payment Accounts, Overdraft Accounts, Accounts with special purposes such as Investment Capital Accounts, Investment Trust Accounts, Securities Issuance Capital Accounts)

How to calculate the average weekly balance increase?

The average weekly balance increase is calculated by the formula:

Average balance of the participating week - Average balance of the last week of March 2025.

 

For example:

Average balance of the last week of March 2025 is 3 million VND

In the participating week:

  • If: The average weekly balance is 18 million VND, then the average balance increase = 18 million - 3 million = 15 million VND, so the Customer will be given 01 spin (02 spins for customers opening a payment account for the first time at Techcombank during the program period).
  • If: The average weekly balance is 32 million VND, then the average balance increase = 32 million - 3 million = 29 million VND, so the Customer will be given 02 spins (04 spins for customers opening a payment account for the first time at Techcombank during the program period)

How to calculate weekly spins?

  • Customers who meet the conditions and have an average weekly balance that increases compared to the last week of March 2025 will receive 01 spin for every additional 10 million VND. That is: Number of weekly spins = Average balance increase / 10 million (take the integer part of the division).
 
  • Special: Customers who open a payment account at Techcombank for the first time during the program will receive double the number of spins. That is: Number of weekly spins = Average balance increase / 10 million (take the integer part of the division) x 2.

How to calculate the number of monthly gift boxes?

Each month, customers who meet the conditions will collect Monthly Gift Boxes to open and receive the Monthly Prize Code by 1 or both of the following methods (customers who satisfy both methods will collect the number of Monthly Gift Boxes equal to the total of Monthly Gift Boxes of both methods combined):

 

  • Method 1: Customers will be automatically given 01 Monthly Gift Box for every 04 spins given to Customers in the weeks of the month (including used and unused spins). That is: Number of Monthly Gift Boxes = Total number of spins in the weeks of the month / 4 (take the integer part of the division).

 

  • Method 2: At the last week of the month, Customers whose average balance of payment accounts increases compared to the last week of March 2025 will receive 02 Monthly Gift Boxes for every additional 50 million VND. That is: Number of Monthly Gift Boxes = Average weekly balance increase / 50 million (take the integer part of the division) x 2.

How to calculate the number of quarterly gift boxes?

In each quarter, customers will collect the Quarterly Gift Boxes to open to get the Quarterly Prize Code, by 1 or both of the following methods (customers who satisfy both methods will collect the number of Quarterly Gift Boxes equal to the total of the Quarterly Gift Boxes of both methods combined):

 

  • Method 1: Customers will be automatically given 01 Quarterly Gift Box for every 12 spins given to Customers in the weeks of the quarter (including all used and unused spins). That is: Number of Quarterly Gift Boxes = Total number of spins in the weeks of the quarter / 12 (take the integer part of the division).

 

  • Method 2: In the last week of the quarter, Customers whose average balance of payment accounts increases compared to the last week of March 2025 will receive 02 Quarterly Gift Boxes for every additional 50 million VND. That is: Number of Quarterly Gift Boxes = Average weekly balance increase / 50 million (take the integer part of the division) x 2.

How to participate in monthly and quarterly prize?

Customers need to go to the program information page to Open the monthly/quarterly gift box to get the prize code within the specified time (details in question 1) to participate in the monthly/quarterly prize drawing. In case the customer has not opened the gift box to get the prize code, there will be no code to participate in the prize drawing.

How to see the list of weekly gifts won?

To review the weekly gifts received, customers can do 1 of 2 ways:

Method 1: View in the voucher wallet on Techcombank Rewards

  1. Log in to Techcombank Mobile
  2. Access Techcombank Rewards
  3. Select Voucher Wallet, Received section
  4. Here will display all vouchers received from the Big Profit program as well as other Techcombank loyalty programs.

 

Method 2: View in My Gifts on the weekly spin interface of the Big Profit program

  1. Access the Weekly spin (during the announced spin time) on the Big Profit program information page on Techcombank Mobile
  2. Select My Gifts
  3. Here will display the entire spin history (including time and gifts received when spinning) of the corresponding week.

Can I transfer my winnings?

Techcombank is responsible for awarding prizes to customers who are owners of Techcombank accounts who receive notifications of winning the corresponding prizes on Techcombank Mobile, ensuring that the correct and full benefits are provided as announced in the program rules.

 

Prizes awarded by Techcombank are entitled to full benefits regarding warranty policies and services from suppliers accompanying Techcombank in the program.

 

Techcombank is not responsible for these prizes after completing the awarding of these prizes and being confirmed by customers. Customers can transfer these gifts after completing the procedures for receiving the prizes and successfully confirming the receipt of the prizes from Techcombank in accordance with the provisions of Vietnamese law.
