3. Customer Eligibility Criteria:

Customers who meet the conditions of the respective groups below will receive the corresponding prizes for each group:

Group 1

Individual customers who simultaneously meet the following conditions will be awarded 1 ticket to Y-Concert 2025:

(i) The customer is not a Techcombank Private or Techcombank Priority member on the reward assessment date;
(ii) The customer has increased their term savings balance (with a term of 6 months or more and no early withdrawal) by at least VND 500 million, and their total assets under management (AUM) at Techcombank by at least VND 500 million during the program period compared to the benchmark date of September 30, 2025.

Group 1 prize

Group 2

Individual customers who simultaneously meet the following conditions will be awarded 2 tickets to Y-Concert 2025:

(i) The customer is a Techcombank Private or Techcombank Priority member on the reward assessment date;
(ii) The customer has increased their term savings balance (with a term of 6 months or more and no early withdrawal) by at least VND 1.5 billion, and their total assets under management (AUM) at Techcombank by at least VND 1.5 billion during the program period compared to the benchmark date of September 30, 2025.

Group 2 prize

Group 3

Individual customers who simultaneously satisfy the following conditions will be given 1 Y-concert 2025 ticket: 

(i) Customers are not Techcombank Private members/Techcombank Priority members on the award date;

(ii) Customers whose total valid spending increases by at least VND 10 million in each award period compared to the total spending in the period from October 1, 2025 to October 26, 2025 or customers whose successfully registered installment value in each award period is at least VND 30 million with a term of 3 months.

Individual customers who simultaneously satisfy the following conditions will be given 02 Y-concert 2025 tickets: 

(i) Customers are Techcombank Private members/Techcombank Priority members on the award day;

(ii) Customers whose total valid spending increases by at least VND 20 million in each award period compared to the total spending in the period from October 1, 2025 to October 26, 2025 or customers whose successfully registered installment value in each award period is at least VND 50 million with a term of 3 months.

4. Regulations on deposits with increased balance and how to calculate increased balance

4.1. Additional term deposits

  • Applicable products: Phat Loc Savings, Phat Loc Online Deposit

  • Deposit type: VND

  • Applicable term: from 06 months or more (no early withdrawal)

  • Effective date of term deposit: from October 27, 2025 to December 7, 2025

  • The deposit is not a savings book/deposit contract of a co-owner

  • Deposits must still be valid at the time of exporting the reward data

 

4.2. Total assets (AUM)
Total assets (AUM) of customers at Techcombank include:

  • Balance of payment accounts (including accounts with Auto Earning – Version 2.0, excluding joint payment accounts)

  • Savings deposits, term deposits, customer deposit certificates (excluding joint savings/term deposit owners)

 

4.3. How to calculate the additional balance
For Group 1 and Group 2 customers, on the reward consideration date:

  • Increased balance of term savings deposits of 6 months or more = Balance at the time Techcombank closes the reward consideration data of the batches – Balance on September 30, 2025

  • Increased total AUM assets = Total AUM assets at the time Techcombank closes the reward consideration data of the batches – Total AUM assets on September 30, 2025

 

5. Regulations on valid installments and card transactions

5.1. Valid installments

  • Total valid spending is considered for each customer, based on the Customer Identification Number at Techcombank.

  • If the customer owns multiple Techcombank cards (including primary and secondary cards), the value of payment transactions of all types of cards will be added together to consider the reward.

  • Total valid installment value includes the balance/spending transactions made during the promotion period and successfully registered for installment payment calculated on each customer's credit card account.

  • The customer's card must not be closed/locked/cancelled (temporarily or permanently) at the time of promotion consideration and/or promotional reward payment.

  • At the end of each promotion consideration period, the total valid promotional spending of the customer will be refreshed and will not be accumulated to the next promotion consideration period.

 

5.2. How to calculate total additional valid expenditure
Total additional valid transaction spending of each period = Total valid transaction spending at the time of closing the reward payment data of the reward consideration period – Total valid transaction spending from October 1, 2025, to October 26, 2025

 

5.3. Valid card transactions

  • This refers to a payment transaction for goods and services made using a Visa card issued by Techcombank.

  • The transaction must be made with a card that is not blocked, locked, or canceled at the time of promotion evaluation.

  • The transaction must be successful and show no signs of fraud.
