What's changed:
Added new fee for Greenhouse gas emissions metering

The fee is only collected when customers voluntarily offset the greenhouse emission from Eco card into green projects. The performance of each project is verified by Visa and the world's leading international organizations on sustainable development, and is communicated by Techcombank on Techcombank's channels.
