1. Techcombank system:

  • Phase 1: From 00:15 to 06:00 a.m. on October 25, 2025, with service interruptions expected between 00:15 and 03:25 a.m.
  • Phase 2: From 01:35 to 06:00 a.m. on October 26, 2025 with service interruptions expected between 01:35 and 04:45 a.m.

 

The following services are temporarily unavailable during interuption period and may remain unstable untill 06:00 a.m. on both testing days:

  • Techcombank Mobile, Techcombank Online Banking and Techcombank Business, F@st ebank digital banking services
  • 24/7 interbank fund transfer service via NAPAS (via account number and card number, both outgoing and incoming transactions)
  • Techcombank Debit and Credit payment services, linked services between Techcombank cards and e-wallets (Note: Transactions made via Techcombank Credit on CDMs/ATMs and POS operate normally)
  • QR Code, SoftPOS and SmartPOS payment servicess, Techcombank merchant soundbox, and QR integration with point-of-sale (POS) software
  • SMS services for OTP, account/card balance updates, and other service notifications.

 

2. NAPAS system:

  • Phase 1: From 00:00 to 03:00 a.m. on October 27, 2025
  • Phase 2: From 00:00 to 03:00 a.m. on October 31, 2025

 

The following services are temporarily unavailable during the interuption period between 00:00 and 01:00 a.m. on both testing days:

  • 24/7 interbank fund transfer service via NAPAS (via account number and card number, both outgoing and incoming transactions)
  • Money transfer or payment by VietQR code (including personal QR and merchant QR)
  • Online payment (Ecom NAPAS) and payment transactions via ATM/POS for cards linked to NAPAS
  • Payment of port service fees on Techcombank Business
