During the upgrade period, online payment transactions requiring OTP authentication may be temporarily unavailable.

 

Emergency card-locking services, card transactions at ATMs/CDMs, direct card payments at merchants, and payments via Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and other card services will operate as normal.

 

To protect your personal information and assets, please note the following precautions:

  • Never share your bank account details, OTP, card number, CVV, or card expiry date with anyone — even if they claim to be bank representatives.
  • Avoid clicking on suspicious links, especially those received via text messages, emails, or phone calls from unverified sources.
