During this period, access to services via the Techcombank Mobile app and Techcombank Online Banking will be temporarily unavailable. Customers are kindly advised to use alternative channels such as card payments, ATM/CDM transactions (excluding cardless withdrawals).

 

Starting from May 11, 2025, the Techcombank Mobile app will be operated on the new version 3.1.0, and support for older versions will be discontinued. To continue using digital banking services, customers are kindly requested to:

  • Ensure the device’s operating system is upgraded to at least iOS 15 or Android 8.0.
  • Ensure the Techcombank Mobile app is updated via the App Store, Google Play, or by accessing the following link

 

Customers are also advised to stay vigilant and protect their personal and financial information:

  • Never provide your bank account information, OTP, card number, CVV, or expiration date to anyone, under any form, even if they claim to be bank staff.
  • Never access suspicious links, especially those received via messages, emails, or phone calls from unverified sources.
