From July 5, 2025, Techcombank has launched the online support feature, delivering a professional, fast and convenient consultation experience directly on Techcombank Mobile
To ensure convenience and timely support when needed, customers can easily connect and consult directly with an advisor on Techcombank Mobile, applicable when accessing MyCash overdraft and Auto-Earning products.
How to use
On the main screen of Techcombank Mobile, go to “Discover products”

For Auto-Earning: Select “Auto-Earning”

For MyCash overdraft loan: Select “Spend”, select “MyCash Overdraft Account”

Select “Chat with Advisor” on the product main screen. (illustrated with MyCash Overdraft product)
Enter and submit your inquiry to receive a response within 5 minutes On this screen, customers may also choose to make a direct call to the consultant, and will receive notification when there is a response.

Review your consultation history within 60 days for easy reference.
