To enhance your banking experience, Techcombank hereby informs you that the scheduled card service upgrade by our partners Visa and Mastercard is expected to be carried out as follows:

  • Time: From 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on December 4, 2025:
  • Apply for services: Techcombank VISA and MasterCard including both Credit and Debit cards.

 

During the upgrade period, online payment transactions requiring OTP authentication may be temporarily unavailable while emergency card-locking services, card transactions at ATMs/CDMs, direct card payments at merchants, and payments via Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and other card services will operate as normal.

 

To protect your personal information and assets, please note the following precautions (Please click here for details):

  • Never share your bank account details, OTP, card number, CVV, or card expiry date with anyone — even if they claim to be bank representatives.
  • Avoid clicking on suspicious links, especially those received via text messages, emails, or phone calls from unverified sources.
  • Do not give your card to anyone, always keep your card in sight during transactions at stores or restaurants.
