Techcombank will convert customers to Techcombank Business in batches and send the bank's notice through F@st EBank to invite customers to switch. Please continue to use F@st EBank until you receive an invitation to convert.

Can I use F@st EBank and Techcombank Business at the same time?

You will be advised to use the digital banking platform that best suits your business needs.

What should I do when I don't receive the OTP on my mobile device?

Please check your registered phone number with Techcombank. In case the registered phone number is incorrect or there is a change, please go to the nearest Techcombank branch to update information.

Can I create a money order when my account has a lower available balance than the amount to be transferred?

Have. You can create a money order when the available balance is less than the amount to be transferred. However, at the time of transaction approval, the account balance should have enough available balance for that transaction.

How do I validate the transaction?

Transaction validation needs to be done on the mobile application, and only applies to users with the role of order approval. You can browse the order on the web, at which point a notification will be sent to the mobile application. You open that message, select Confirm and enter the security code generated when registering the device to perform transaction authentication Or You can approve the order on the mobile application by selecting Request, selecting transaction to be approved, select Approve and enter the security code to authenticate the transaction.

Besides, please note: Beneficiaries will be shared. for all users belonging to the same company. Beneficiary account name is the name of the beneficiary's bank account.
