To enhance customer experience and service quality, the technology service backup system testing of Techcombank will be carried out at the following times: 

  • Phase 1: From 00:05 a.m. to 04:30 a.m. on November 22, 2025, with service interruptions expected between 00:05 a.m. and 01:30 a.m.
  • Phase 2: From 01:30 a.m. to 04:30 a.m. on November 23, 2025 with service interruptions expected between 01:30 a.m. and 02:25 a.m.

 

The following services are temporarily unavailable during interuption period on both testing days:

  • Techcombank Mobile, Techcombank Online Banking and Techcombank Business, F@st ebank digital banking services
  • 24/7 interbank fund transfer service via NAPAS (via account number and card number, both outgoing and incoming transactions)
  • Techcombank Debit and Credit payment services, linked services between Techcombank cards and e-wallets (Note: Transactions made via Techcombank Credit on CDMs/ATMs and POS operate normally)
  • QR Code, SoftPOS and SmartPOS payment servicess, Techcombank merchant soundbox, and QR integration with point-of-sale (POS) software
  • Automatic switchboard for individual customers.
