To support business customers in promptly complying with the changes under Decree 70/2025/NĐ-CP on electronic invoices and documents, our E-Invoice System will be upgraded with the following highlights:

Key changes after the upgrade
1. Additional information required on e-invoices
- A new mandatory field will be added: Code of the unit related to the state budget (if applicable), to enhance transparency and optimize tax management.
2. Changes to invoice issuance cycle and timing
- Each transaction will now require a corresponding e-invoice, instead of grouping multiple transactions by day/month as before. This will significantly increase the number of invoices, especially for high-frequency products/services (e.g., POS, money transfers...).
- For transactions requiring reconciliation between parties, the latest time for invoice issuance is no later than the 7th day of the following month (after the month in which the service was provided), or no later than 7 days from the end of the agreed settlement period — instead of the previous 10-day timeframe.
3. Changes to invoice lookup methods
- Batch lookup: Receive a single lookup code via email that consolidates all invoices issued on the day, making it easier to reconcile multiple invoices at once on the lookup portal, while reducing the number of email notifications.
- The feature “Lookup multiple invoices” will be renamed to “Lookup invoices by customer code” on the user interface.
- Removal of old lookup function: The function to look up invoices under Decree 51 will be removed from the portal. Businesses needing to retrieve old invoices may send a request to the support mailbox: einvoice-support@techcombank.com.vn.
Please note during the upgrade period
- The e-Invoice system will temporarily suspend invoice lookup services until the upgrade is completed (by June 5, 2025).
