To improve our service and enhance your experience at Techcombank, we are pleased to announce the update of the current General Terms and Conditions (General T&C) for Corporate clients from 23 January 2025.
Applies to: All Corporate clients of Techcombank.

Amendments of T&C:
Update the contents according to regulations: (i) Circular 17 / 2024 / TT-NHNN: Regulations on opening and using current accounts at payment service suppliers; (ii) Circular 50 / 2024 / TT-NHNN: Regulations on safety and security for the provision of online services in the banking industry and (iii) Official Letter No. 537 / HHNH-PLNV:
- Customer's confirmation and response to Techcombank's notification
- Customer requests and requests Techcombank to send SMS or email to the Customer containing a hyperlink or not
- Techcombank has the right not to perform customer's requests to use Products and Services if it detects that the Customer has signs or is related to transactions suspected of fraud, fake, fraud or violation of law
- Customer agrees and allows Techcombank to use personal identification information to update customer's and affiliated person's identification information during using current account on Techcombank’s system
- In case there is a conflict between the Vietnamese language and the second language, the Vietnamese language will be preferred
- Techcombank has the right to suspend payment transactions, withdraw funds on the Account and / or stop the use of Products and Services identification papers of one of the Users or one of the authorized individuals sign on documents, documents registered or authorized by Customers with Techcombank expire or expire
- Additional conditions for blockade of account: When ID papers of account holder and relevant persons during the use of current account are expired or expired
