  • *COT (Cut-off time) is the last time Techcombank receives transactions and processes them within the same working day as prescribed by Techcombank from time to time. 
  • 24/7 fast transfer via Napas are not affected by this COT.
  • Credit transactions (bank guaranty issuance/amendment, loan disbursement) initiated after COT through 01/05/2024 will be processed after the holiday.
  • From 02/05/2024 transactions are made following ordinary COT depending on each service/ feature.
