Announcement Cut-off Time adjustment on Business Digital banking channels during the public holiday of 30/04 – 01/05/2024

To provide the best payment service to customers during the high peak period on Digital banking channels, Techcombank announces the adjustment of COT(*) on F@st EBank (FEB) and Techcombank Business (TCBB) during the public holiday of 30/04 – 01/05/2024 as follows

Note:

Transactions valued from VND 2,000 to less than VND 500mil, payment narrative is less than 100 characters and the Beneficiary’s bank is a member of Napas will be carried out via Napas channel.
Other transactions will be processed via interbank channel Citad.

*COT (Cut-off time) is the last time Techcombank receives transactions and processes them within the same working day as prescribed by Techcombank from time to time.
24/7 fast transfer via Napas are not affected by this COT.
Credit transactions (bank guaranty issuance/amendment, loan disbursement) initiated after COT through 01/05/2024 will be processed after the holiday.
From 02/05/2024 transactions are made following ordinary COT depending on each service/ feature.
