Dear customers, digital signature registration is a mandatory requirement to ensure security standards of the electronic transaction law, to enhance the protection of your account.
Legally, the reason to use Digital Signature will be based on the following provisions:
a. The Law on Electronic Transactions 2023 No. 20/2023/QH15 (effective July 1, 2024) clearly stipulates the legal value of Electronic Signatures, of which there are only 2 types of Electronic Signatures. The value is similar to that of a Wet Signature on a paper document
In which: a. Digital signature - is understood as a Public Digital Signature issued by licensed CA Providers
b. Specialized Electronic Signature to ensure safety
Second, according to the provisions of the Accounting Law 2015: Accounting documents[1] according to Article 166 regulations (including: contracts, invoices, payment requests, collection order, payment order ...) must have signatures of the issuer, approver and people related to accounting documents. Electronic accounting documents must have electronic signatures.

6 Clause g, Article 16 of the Accounting Law on the content of accounting documents includes: "Signatures, full names of the persons who make, approve the accounting record, and relevant persons"
Add some additional rules:
Circular No. 39 stipulates: Loan agreements are made in writing, in the case of electronic contracts, they shall comply with the provisions of law on electronic transactions.
Circular No. 22 stipulates: For payment accounts of organizations: banks and foreign bank branches are allowed to meet or not meet in person the legal representative of the customer when concluding an opening and closing agreement. Use a payment account. In case of not meeting directly with the customer's legal representative, the bank or foreign bank branch must apply appropriate measures to verify the accuracy of signatures, stamps (if any), and certificates. Digital letter (if any) of the legal representative of the account holder on the agreement to open and use the payment account and ensure the correct match with the signature, stamp (if any), digital certificate (if any) of the legal representative of the account holder during the process of using the payment account
Circular No. 11 stipulates: The use of electronic signatures and authorization to sign guarantee agreements and guarantee commitments shall comply with the provisions of law.
Based on the above provisions from the LAW DOCUMENTS, applying CKS is the choice that meets the fullest compliance with all current documents.
However, due to many factors such as transaction volume, available technology, responsiveness to transaction authentication and legal risks of each product, Techcombank is choosing to apply digital signature first for products such as Bank Guarantee, Short term loan disbursement, term deposit, FX, Registration for Bao Loc Certificate of Deposit
Dear customers, this is not a digital signature issued by Techcombank. Techcombank is only the party that supports transferring Customer's documents to the Digital Signature Provider. The digital signature authentication service provider is FPT IS Company Limited (“FPT-CA”)
After successfully registering a digital signature, you can use it to authenticate when registering and approving transactions on the Techcombank Business application. You will authenticate by entering a 6-digit passcode similar to the current approval method
Legally, the Digital Signature you registered on Techcombank Business and the public digital signature you are of the same legal value. This new digital signature is integrated and used only on transactions on Techcombank's electronic transaction channel.
Customers are provided a free digital signature with a validity period of 1 year (this cost is paid by TCB on behalf of the customer to the supplier). This support policy may change from time to time.
Dear customers, passports is only applied to individuals of the organization who are foreigners and you need to register at the counter.
Currently, after 1 year you will re-register your digital signature as new one. We will have updated instructions if there are any adjustments to the renewal.
You still need to register for this Digital Signature to approve transactions on Techcombank's electronic banking channels.
You can log in to Techcombank Business, if you have registered a digital signature with Techcombank, after clicking the Digital Signature registration button, the screen will display the message "You have successfully registered a digital signature." OR you can go to the "Profile & Settings" section on the Techcombank Business application home screen and you will see the Digital Signature section. Click on it and you will see the digital signature status: "Active"
You can use the digital signature registered through FPT-CA providers to digitally sign electronic documents on Techcombank's electronic channels according to the scope of communication, do not use for offline transactions or transactions with other banks.
From 7/9/2024, disbursement/issuance transactions, guarantee amendments, and term deposits on Techcombank Business will require digital signatures for approval.

You need to ensure that Legal Represent of has a user on Techcombank Business & registers a digital signature, then you can send a request to register a digital signature for NDDTPL to approve and follow the steps to register a digital signature above. Techcombank Business
You need to prepare your latest Citizen Identification Card and valid business registration to register your digital signature on TCBB.

Dear Customers, you can register a digital signature at any time of the day.
In this case, you do not need to update your business registration but will have to update a new ID with Techcombank (if you are using the old 9-digit ID card on Techcombank's system) and the Digital Signature will be issued according to the new ID number.
You need to register a user on Techcombank Business or find support in registering a digital signature at the counter.
If you do not have a tax code, you need to go to the counter for assistance in registering a digital signature
You need to send original documents according to the prescribed format, including:
- Request to issue/change information/cancel Digital signature: 02 originals
- Other documents: Certified copy valid within 6 months or photocopy/scan directly from the original (in case the customer presents the original directly to the bank)
If you use Techcombank Business, you need to register the device on Techcombank Business to use digital signatures.
You only need to register 1 Digital Signature with Techcombank to be able to use it on all Techcombank's e-channels.
The person who signs the form can be (i) Legal Rrepresentative or (ii) Person authorized by Legal Rrepresentative. In case (ii), you need to provide LR's authorization letter and the IDs of LR and the authorized person.
You need to go to Techcombank Business website -> select My profile -> Settings -> Select the "trash bin" icon to delete the device and re-register a new device.
Currently, as long as the last checker has digital signature, they can use digital signature to approve online transactions
You only need to be a Legal representative who has user on Techcombank Business, even if you are a viewer, you still can register digital signatures online
You do not need to re-sign the Debt Acceptance Agreemen/Balance Confirmation for online disbursement when using digital signatures on Techcombank Business/SCF
You should register digital signatures for all users who use Techcombank's e-channels to conveniently use it for all online transactions.
Your operations when performing digital signature on Techcombank's e-channels have some differences among channels:
Digital signatures registered online on Techcombank Business can only be applied to online transactions on Techcombank Business, SCF.
If you are NTB Customers who has registered for Digital Signature through the online onboarding from August 17th, you can use this Digital Signature to approve transactions within the scope of application on September 7th.
