  • Duration of business establishment is at least 24 months.
  • Have profit in the most recent year, or cumulative profit > 0, or net working capital > 0.
  • Age of the largest capital contributor/shareholder of the business does not exceed 60 years old.
  • For medium-long-term: Lawful purpose of capital use, feasible plan for capital use.
  • Other conditions and provisions as prescribed by Techcombank from time to time.
