Amendments of T&C:
- Article No. 9: Customers understand and agree to be explained fully all information, content of Card management feature on E-banking system that applied by Techcombank periodical. Based on our registration of E-banking services, Techombank has comprehensive rights to apply Card management on E-banking system without any our further agreement. Moreover, we commit to adapting with any requirement and condition of Techcombank regulations to use this feature without any complaint and law sues. We agree and authorize all E-banking users registered on this Request cum Agreement to perform orders of Card Management on E-banking system including (i) Card list inquiry, (ii) Card details inquiry, (ii) Lock/ Unlock card, (iv) Disable/ Enable online card current and (v) other features according to Techcombank per regulations.
- Article No. 10.2: Customers request and request Techcombank to send SMS messages, emails or other communication channels to us containing links (hyperlinks) or not to access the website to (i) look up information about Techcombank's products and services; (ii) receive notifications about account number information and / or solution packages; (iii) look up information and / or download electronic invoices; (iv) set up and / or change passwords to use Techcombank's products and services and (v) perform other transactions and tasks for the purpose of providing, supporting, using and operating Techcombank's products and services. Techcombank is entitled to decide on the details of links (hyperlinks) or not. We confirm that the sending of SMS messages, emails or other notification channels containing hyperlinks or not at our request in this Section is our choice after being introduced and explained by Techcombank, and we agree and exempt Techcombank from any responsibility for the implementation of this request.
