A Store QR Code is a dedicated QR code for individual business owners to receive payments directly into their payment accounts. Transactions made via the Store QR Code enable business owners to easily separate, track, and manage business cash flows more conveniently.

How to register for a Store QR Code?

The Store QR Code feature is exclusively designed for individual business owners. If you see an invitation to register for the Store QR Code service on the home screen, follow these steps to sign up:

Step 1: Select “Create QR now”
Step 2: Enter your store information and choose the payment account to receive business revenue
Step 3: Pick your preferred design template and provide a delivery address for the physical QR set (tent card/sticker)
Step 4: Choose your business category and review the registration details
Step 5: Authenticate with your password/face ID/fingerprint to complete the process. After successful registration, you’ll receive the physical QR set within one week.

What are the eligibility requirements for SoftPOS?

To use the solution, you need to have a payment account at Techcombank and sign a payment acceptance service contract with Techcombank. You also need an Android device using version 8.2 or higher.

What documents need to be provided to register for Techcombank SoftPOS?

Certified copy of Business Registration Certificate of Enterprise/Household Business
Certified copy of identification documents: Citizen identification/Passport of the legal representative/authorized representative
Original power of attorney of the legal representative (if the representative signs the contract)
Clear photos of the store, showing the store name and address

What are the costs incurred when registering and using SoftPOS Solution?
