QR code stands for Quick Response Code. QR code is widely applied in life, especially in payment because of its convenience, speedy, and safety. Most banks and digital wallets have provided QR codes for customers' payment accounts to facilitate transferring money between accounts

For payment recipients (account holders), the utility experience allows the creation of QR codes for each store, ensuring convenient revenue sharing and management of each outlet even using only one bank account.

A store QR code is a static QR code containing the store's payment information, including account owner's name, store QR number connected to the Bank account, and Beneficiary Bank. The store QR code is unchanged and can be used for a long time to receive any payment for the store.

Transaction QR code is a dynamic QR code containing payment information of a specific order, including account owner's name, store QR number connected to the Bank account, Beneficiary Bank, and the amount to be paid. The special feature of transaction QR is that it helps track the payment status of the order. Transaction QR code will be invalidated when the order is paid successfully, or after the payment deadline.

The solution best suited for businesses selling directly to consumers at the store or selling online

To register to use the solution, please access the Techcombank Business application with the order approver account and perform the following steps: 

•  Step 1: Go to section “Extend” 
•  Step 2: Select "Retail Business Manager" to register for the service 
•  Step 3: Enter store information and choose to connect the store to the current account to receive money 
•  Step 4: Recheck the registration information 
•  Step 5: Authenticate with security code to complete registration 

 At the successful registration screen, you will see the QR code of the store and the store information that you have registered

This is a privilege and free of charge exclusively for customers who are retailers of Techcombank

After registering to use the solution, customers choose to register a QR printout set for the store. Techcombank will print and ship the QR printout set to the address you registered within 5-7 days

When receiving the table-top QR code, customers check the information of the store's QR code and display the QR code at the point of sale.

The store QR number is only an “intermediary number”, which distinguishes the revenue of each store of the business. Customers are completely assured that funds transferred through the store QR code will be transferred to your payment account 

 When checking information on the QR publication, you use the mobile application of Techcombank or any Bank with QR code scanning. Make sure that the account number on the transaction screen matches the QR store number. You can view the QR store number registered on the Techcombank Business application

To view store information and QR code of the registered store, please visit the Techcombank Business app and do: 

•  Step 1: Go to section “Extend” 
•  Step 2: Select “Retail Entrepreneurship Management” 
•  Step 3: Select the name of the store that you want to view detailed information 
•  Step 4: Select the Store icon (top right corner) to view the store QR code

Customers access the Techcombank Business application and do:

• Step 1: Go to section “Extend”
• Step 2: Select “Retail Entrepreneurship Management”
• Step 3: Select the name of the store you want to change
• Step 4: Update store information
