In order to improve the experience and ensure safety for business customers when authenticating transactions on the Internet banking - F@st EBank (FEB) via TCB OTP (Smart OTP) application, from June 19th 2021, Techcombank officially upgrades the TCB OTP application to the Apple Store.

Note: The new TCB OTP application only supports phones that are using iOS version 11 or higher

To ensure the smooth use of the service, the business customers should note the following points: 

 

If the Business has the app installed:  

The TCB OTP version being used is not affected. The system only requires to upgrade iOS to 11 when customers reinstall TCB OTP from Apple Store.
 

If the Business does not have the app installed: 

  For phones with iOS 11 or later:

  • Customers download and install TCB OTP application from Apple Store

Scan QR code   
Upgrade TCB OTP app  


  For phones with iOS version <11:

  • Step 1: Customers upgrade the phone operating system to iOS 11 version
  • Step 2: Customers download and install TCB OTP application from Apple Store

 

For phones that do not support iOS 11 version upgrade

  • Please use a phone with another operating system to download the application or convert to Advanced hard token authentication to be able to maintain the service.
