Notification of service interruption to improve data centre power source
Dear our valued customers,
According to Techcombank’s plan for improving the power system of our main data centre, all important technological equipment will be turned off during the improvement period to ensure safety in the construction process.
Therefore, some banking services will be affected as follows:

  1. Card service

From 0.30 am to 1.20 am, 3.45 am to 4.25 am, April 21st 2014: Transactions on Techcombank’s card system cannot be performed by all customers.

  1. E-banking
  • From 0.30 am to 1.20 am, 3.45 am to 4.25 am, April 21st 2014: All types of transactions on the e-banking channels (internet banking, SMS banking…) cannot be performed by all customers of Techcombank.
  • From 1.20 am to 3.45 am, April 21st 2014: fund transfer and inquiry services can be performed by customers, but top-up and payment via Internet cannot be used by customers.
