From December 21st 2013, Techcombank will adjust interest rate of Techcombank Visa Credit cards (Classic and Gold class).
From December 29th 2013, Techcombank will adjust annual fee of Techcombank local debit card and Techcombank Classic Visa Debit cards, as well as withdrawal fee of Techcombank Visa Debit card at ATMs of other banks.
