To ensure stable operation and data security for customers as required by the State Bank of Vietnam, Techcombank will test its backup system on March 16 and 18, 2013.
 
Due to technical requirements of the testing, a number of banking services will be affected. To minimize impacts to customer transactions, Techcombank will perform system testing during the least busy time of the day: from 2:00 AM– 6:30 AM on March 16, 2013 and 2:00 AM– 6:30 AM on March 18, 2013.
 
The following services will be affected:
 
1. Transactions via debit cards (F@st Access Card, Techcombank Visa Debit)
 
From 2:00 - 2:30AM, and 5:00 – 6:00AM on March 16, 2013 and from 2:00 – 2:45AM of March 18, 2013: Customers cannot make money withdrawals, money transfers, balance inquiry, payment transactions, and non-card transactions.
 
2. E-Banking
 
 
-  From 2:00 - 2:30AM, and 5:00 – 6:00AM on March 16, 2013 and from 2:00 – 2:45AM of March 18, 2013: Customers cannot perform e-banking transactions.
 
- For Homebanking and F@st Mobipay, service interruptions will occur from 2:00 – 6:00 AM on March 16, 2013 and from 2:00 – 2:45AM of March 18, 2013.
