Call Center agent connection services will be temporarily unavailable while Automated Call Center services may be unavailable at certain times within a 5-minute window; please try again later.

 

December 21, 2025 | During this time, some services may experience temporary instability. Customers are advised to retry after a few minutes. Details are as follows:

  • 00:15 – 05:00 a.m.: Techcombank Mobile and Techcombank Business applications will remain accessible; however, services may be intermittently unstable at certain times.
  • 00:30 – 00:45 a.m.: Credit card and debit card services for both individual and corporate customers may be temporarily unstable.
  • 01:00 – 02:30 a.m.: Call Center agent connection services will be temporarily unavailable while Automated Call Center services will remain available.
  • 01:45 – 02:50 a.m.: Service will be temporarily unavailable including:
    • Services on Techcombank Mobile, Online Banking, Techcombank Business, and F@st E-bank
    • Fast interbank transfer services via NAPAS (both inbound and outbound), QR code payments, transfers via bank account (including nickname/alias, phone number), messaging applications
    • Bill payments, top-up services, and U-point payments on the OneU app
    • OTP notification service 
    • Balance change notifications may arrive approximately 30 minutes later.
