Within 02 working days after receiving the customer's request, Techcombank will send a confirmation notice of the request receipt for processing. In case the customer contacts via telephone or directly at Techcombank's Branch, Techcombank will confirm directly with the customer at the time of receipt.
The time limit for settling complaints and complaints at Techcombank is no more than 30 days as prescribed by law. In an effort to bring a good experience to customers, the normal time limit for processing at Techcombank is as follows:
