Accordingly, from 1 March 2026, the Mobile Banking application will automatically log out or cease operation if the system detects that the device does not meet the required security standards.


To ensure that all digital banking transactions remain seamless, secure, and convenient, please note that after the upgrade, the following changes will occur:

  • With devices operating in a mode that allows a computer to communicate directly with an Android device (Android Debug Bridge): Customers are required to turn off this mode in the device settings.
    Detailed instructions to turn off USB Debugging:
    1. Open Settings on your phone.
    2. Search and select "Developer Options" (which is usually located under System or Additional settings).
    3. Locate USB debugging and switch the toggle to the left / Off.
  • With devices with the bootloader unlocked (unlock_bootloader): Please switch to another device.
  • In cases, activate a new device or reactivate the Mobile Banking application: Customers are required to install and use the latest version or the most recent supported version that meets the required security standards.


We kindly encourage you to check your device settings in advance to plan your transaction proactively.

During this time, if you need to make urgent transactions, please use alternative channels such as card payments, ATMs, or CDMs.
