- Pursuant to Circular No. 21/2013/TT - NHNN dated September 9th, 2013, as amended and supplemented by Circular No. 01/2022 TT - NHNN dated January 28th, 2022 (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 21) of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam on regulations on operation network of commercial banks;
- Pursuant to the Charter of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank);
- Pursuant to Regulation No. 020/2020/QD1 dated July 2nd, 2020 of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank, stipulating the management of organization and operation of representative offices, non-business units and Techcombank's branches and transaction offices;
- Pursuant to Document 2335/HCM – TTr3 dated August 19th, 2022 of the State Bank of Vietnam – Ho Chi Minh Branch on approval to change the location of Cityland Transaction Office of Techcombank.

Change the location of Cityland Transaction Office belonging to Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Quang Trung Branch as follows:
- Old location: Part of the ground area No. 0.08, Apartment CH3, Street 8, Cityland residential area, Ward 10, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City
- New location: Part of the ground floor of the house No. 29, Street 3, Cityland residential area, Ward 10, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City.
This decision takes effect from September 29th, 2022.
The Executive Board, the Board of Director of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank – Quang Trung Branch, Cityland Transaction Office and relevant Blocks, Regions, Units, and individuals in the whole Techcombank system are responsible for the implementation of this decision./.
