Children under 2 years old will not be counted toward the usage quota.

• Opening time: 120 minutes before the departure of the day’s first domestic flight.
• Closing time: Immediately after the departure of the day’s last domestic flight.

You will need to provide valid documents to prove the child’s age, such as:

• Birth certificate for infants under 1 month old; or
• Birth certificate (original or certified copy) for children over 1 month old; or
• Passport or identification information on VNeID.

The maximum validity period is 06 months from the identification date (the date when the customer is officially classified into a membership tier). However:

- Within 6 months from the identification date:

For members who do not meet the membership tier requirements, all lounge access entitlements will become invalid.

In case of a tier change (either upgrade or downgrade), previous entitlements will expire and new access quotas will be issued according to the current tier, valid for 6 months from the identification date.

- After 6 months from the identification date:

If the member continues to maintain the current tier, lounge access entitlements will be renewed in accordance with the current tier.

Members and accompanying guests are entitled to use the lounge from the moment of successful check-in.

In the event that a customer exits and returns to the lounge after more than 03 hours from the most recent check-in, it will be counted as a new usage.
