Ho Chi Minh City, 09 September 2014. Today, at head office in the South, Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) honorably received 10 awards from four prestigious international magazines in finance and banking namely Global Banking & Finance Review, Finance Asia, Asian Banking & Finance and Corporate Treasurer for its outstanding business achievements and superior quality products and services. The awarding ceremony was solemn and cozy with the presence of representatives from the awarding organizations, Techcombank leaders, loyal customers and mass media.

At the ceremony, Ms. Wanda Rich of Global Banking & Finance Review directly presented a set of 4 awards to Techcombank representative including: Best Commercial Bank Vietnam; Best Retail Bank in Vietnam; Best Customer Service Bank and Best Internet Bank Vietnam.

Mr. Simon Hyett, representative of Asian Banking and Finance presented 3 awards to Techcombank, including: Vietnam Retail Bank of the Year; Vietnam Domestic Foreign Exchange Bank of the Year and Vietnam Domestic Trade Finance Bank of the Year.

Mr. David Edwards, co-representative of the editorial board of Finance Asia and Corporate Treasurer respectively awarded Techcombank: Best Commercial Bank in Vietnam (for the 4th time in a row) (formerly known as the Best Bank in Vietnam), Best Cash Management Bank in Vietnam and Best Trade Finance Bank in Vietnam.

Following the series of previous domestic and international awards, the 10 international awards are the convincing proof showcasing the bank’s strong commitments to investment in human resources, modern banking management systems and advanced infrastructure and technology that will help deliver diversified services and financial solutions and most convenient multi-channels to best meet the growing demands of customers.
