Techcombank – The only bank in Vietnam recognized among "Best workplaces in Asia 2023"

[Hanoi, September 5, 2023] Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (“Techcombank” or the “Bank”) today announced that it has become the first and only Vietnamese bank to be named in the top 11 of "Best workplaces in Asia 2023" by the Great Place to Work (GPTW). Previously, in May 2023, the GPTW also gave Techcombank the highest ranking of "Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2023".

This recognition by GPTW, a leading global organization that assesses workplace culture, is a testament to Techcombank's relentless efforts on its 30-year journey of development to invest in its people and create a culture that empowers them to achieve their full potential. 

Great Place To Work® identifies 2023 Best Workplaces in Asia™ by surveying 2.1 million employees in Asia and the Middle East about the key factors that create great workplaces for all and analyzing company workplace programs impacting 5.9 million employees in the region. Respondents are asked about their trust in their companies and in the company’s leadership. All the companies on the Great Place to Work list have impressive employee engagement indexes, with more than 90% of employees stating that they feel motivated and look forward to staying with their organization for the long term (this percentage far exceeds the average of 58% in other businesses).

To be where it is today, Techcombank has invested heavily in its talents – one of the Bank’s three strategic pillars, alongside data and digitalization.
