Joining hands with the community in support of people affected by the Wutip storm, Techcombank has adopted several special and flexible preferential policies to help the Bank’s individual, and business household customers in the Central and Highland  Regions to quickly restore their business activities after losses and damage.
 
Accordingly, the Bank will provide the maximum possible favourable conditions for customers hit by the Wutip typhoon to access loans for continuing their production and business while consider rescheduling repayment terms and reducing interest rates for these customers. Currently all branches and transaction offices of Techcombank in 10 provinces of, inter alia, Quang Nam, Da Nang, Quang Binh, Thua Thien Hue, Gia Lai, Dak Lak have been actively making  contacts with their customers to assess the resulting difficulties, losses and damage for setting up the most appropriate and effective preferential policies.
