From March 20th 2013, along with verification method by Token Key device, customers using F@st i-bank – internet banking service - can select a new verification method - SMS Token which applies verification technology based on 2 elements: passwords created and known only by customers and OTP (one time password) randomly generated from the bank’s system and sent to customers’ phone numbers registered with the bank.
With this verification method by SMS Token, internet transaction steps remain unchanged:
- OTP will be immediately sent to customers’ phone numbers registered with Techcombank when customers perform F@st i-bank transactions.
- Customers input passwords and verification codes to perform transactions.
