In order to integrate the system, increase service quality and improve customer experience, from October 1st, 2023:

  • Techcombank Mobile will only work on version 2.0.15 and upwards.
    Techcombank Mobile will only support devices with iOS 14 or later. The devices with the Android operating system will not be affected.

 

To ensure the safety and convenience of all digital bank transactions  as well as customer experience, we recommend customers update to the latest version of Techcombank Mobile and iOS 14 or later before October 1st, 2023, following instructions as below:

  • For iOS devices: Go to App Store > Search for “Techcombank Mobile” > Select "Update"
  • For Android devices: Go to Google Play > Search for "Techcombank Mobile" > Select "Update"
