During the upgrade period, several services on digital banking platforms may be temporarily interrupted, including:

 

1. Services for Corporate Customers:

  • Domestic and international money transfers (both inbound and outbound): 24/7 interbank transfers, virtual account and QR code transfers. 
  • Bill payments.
  • Linking accounts with e-wallets and sales software; deposit/withdraw money from the e-wallet.
  • New registration and payments via QR merchant sales speakers.

 

2. Services for Individual Customers:

  • Domestic money transfers: 24/7 interbank transfers and QR code transfers.
  • Fast interbank transfer services via QR code payments, bank account (including nickname/alias, virtual account, phone number), and messaging applications.
  • Bill payments and mobile top-up
  • New registration and payments via merchant QR (static and dynamic QR, store QR, and speaker payment services).
  • Linking accounts with e-wallets, sales software, and DNSE securities accounts. 
  • Deposit/withdraw money from the e-wallet. Linking OneU accounts on Techcombank Rewards and making QR Scan and Pay transactions with UPoints. 
  • Activate/deactivate/edit the account list to optimize Auto Earning.
