During the testing period, some of the following services will be temporarily interrupted:

  • SMS & Homebanking Service: Notify balance changes via SMS, SMS service to number 8049, OTP message, E-commerce transactions.
    + From 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. on 25th June 2022
    + From 11 p.m. on 25th June 2022 to 1:30 a.m. on 26th June 2022
     
  • Corporate Customer Service:
    + From 8 p.m. to 22:05 p.m. on 24-25th June 2022: SCF supply chain financing transactions.
    + From 00:05 p.m. to 5 p.m. on 25-26th June 2022: 24/7 money transfer, international money transfer via FEB, FEB transaction, debit-credit report, reconciliation report, charge report.
